We have invited Dr. Francis Lu, Luke & Grace Kim Endowed Professor in Cultural Psychiatry, Emeritus, in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at the University of California, Davis. In 2021, the American College of Psychiatrists awarded him its Distinguished Service Award, the first Asian American to be so honored since the award was presented annually from 1965.
